Hello everyone! Thanks for tuning in to Misfit Critter Farm's first blog post. Kitten season is in full swing currently and space is not on my side here at the farm. Currently, I have 2 families of cats available. The first family was rescued from Bojangles in Wytheville just before she gave birth to 7 healthy kittens. Those kittens are now almost 9 weeks old and ready to go to their forever homes! The other family 0f 6 was rescued in Wythe County in a wood pile. They were going to be killed by the property owner if not removed. So here I am, up to my knees in kittens. They are all available for adoption now. The bad part about rescue is knowing that because of space you cannot help anymore animals until the ones you have healthy and ready to go leave and go on to enjoy their new life. I do not have space, time or funds for anymore kittens right now and I have a very grim situation in NC that I am helping with, or at least trying to help with. Many cats are going to die if I cannot find them space to stay in. It's the ugly reality. I only have a few days to help before they will be killed. The kittens have spent most of their very short lives behind bars in a kill shelter. Please adopt if you can, foster if you can, share always and donate if you can. Without you this would not be possible!
